Email support@write-it-down.com. Write It Down is a small independent product, so support is handled directly rather than through a call center. A reply may not be immediate, but the message will reach the product's support channel.
Purchase and delivery help
If a purchased sheet did not arrive, include the purchaser email address, the approximate checkout time, and the version or bundle purchased. Do not send a full card number, bank information, passwords, spreadsheet contents, or transaction history. Support can investigate delivery using the order details without needing sensitive financial data.
Dashboard and Google-account questions
For dashboard help, describe the page, selected spreadsheet, and error message you saw. Write It Down may ask for non-sensitive diagnostic details, but it will never ask for your Google password. You can revoke the dashboard's Google access from your Google Account permissions at any time.
Privacy and data requests
Use the same support email for privacy questions, access or deletion requests, and concerns about Google-account authorization. State the email address connected to the request and what outcome you want. Read the privacy policy first for the current description of stored account data, transient spreadsheet processing, analytics, and payment providers.
